  2. We figure out what you need, who it's for, and what a home run looks like.

  3. You get a simple quote and a date. We shake on it.

  4. I show up early, follow your site rules, and work around the crew.

  5. I edit it myself. You review a first cut and send notes.

  6. Final files, sized for wherever they're headed.
